You are not just a consultant: you grow with us while making an impact for our clients.At Phinest, you'll find the right balance between professional growth, meaningful projects, and a collaborative environment.Position: Energy Business & Data AnalystYour Mission:Join a team at the forefront of the energy transition As an Energy Business & Data Analyst, you will be the key link between business and IT teams, driving the design, development, and optimization of an innovative Energy Management System (EMS).Your Responsibilities:Analyze business needs related to energy management and optimization.Translate these needs into clear functional specifications for technical teams.Collect, structure, and analyze energy data to identify performance drivers.Collaborate with stakeholders (business, IT, engineering, data) to ensure project success.Monitor performance indicators and propose continuous improvements.Your Profile:A unique mix of business insight and data/IT mindset.Knowledge in the energy sectorComfortable with data analysis, modeling, and reporting tools.Strong ability to bridge technical and non-technical discussions.Curious, collaborative, and eager to contribute to the energy transition.What we offer:Our focus is to develop a long-term collaboration with our talented consultants.
