Als HR Project Consultant werk je op tijdelijke projecten bij onze klanten, waarbij je een brede HR-rol opneemt. Jij bent het aanspreekpunt voor alles wat met HR te maken heeft – van operationele taken tot beleidsmatige ondersteuning. Een greep uit je verantwoordelijkheden: Rekrutering, onboarding en offboarding Loonverwerking en payrolladministratie Beheer van Compensation & Benefits en alternatieve verloning HR administratie en loonkostrapportering Opmaak van vacatureteksten, functieprofielen en arbeidscontracten Advisering rond HR-beleid, HR-processen en organisatieontwikkeling Ondersteuning van het management als HR Business Partner Elk project is anders, en dat maakt deze rol perfect voor wie energie haalt uit variatie en verantwoordelijkheid. Wie ben jij? Je hebt minstens 1 jaar relevante HR-ervaring Je hebt kennis van Soft of Hard HR Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands, en kan je goed uitdrukken in het Frans en Engels Je bent een geboren probleemoplosser met een servicegerichte mindset Je denkt mee op beleidsniveau en durft initiatief nemen Je voelt je thuis in snel veranderende omgevingen Waarom kiezen voor Chase & Green?
