Trevalco is gespecialiseerd in HVAC-metingen, -regeling en cleanroomvalidatie , met een sterke focus op de farmaceutische industrie, zorgsector, nucleaire sector en grote bouwprojecten. Voor een nieuw project in de regio Gent zoeken wij een Project Lead HVAC die verantwoordelijk zal zijn voor de opstart en commissioning van circa 20 luchtgroepen. Deze groepen zorgen voor de conditionering van cleanrooms, kritische opslag, kantoren en ondersteunende zones. Jouw verantwoordelijkheden Als Project Lead HVAC ben je het aanspreekpunt voor de planning, coördinatie en uitvoering van het project.
Je werkt samen met een team van twee commissioning engineers en wordt ondersteund door andere projectteams (utilities en building automation). Je taken omvatten: Coördinatie met de project manager, zorgen dat de project doelstellingen binnen de beoogde tijdlijnen behaald worden. Stakeholder management (system owner, C&Q afdeling klant, etc.) Vendor oversight: Uitvoeren van walkdowns, supervisie van vendoractiviteiten, opvolgen van punchlists, veiligheidsbeheer en betrokken bij opstart van de installaties. Opstellen en uitvoeren van precommissioning en commissioning protocollen.
Jouw profiel Ervaring: Aantoonbare ervaring in de uitvoering van grote HVAC-projecten, bij voorkeur in cleanroomomgevingen (GMP-kennis is een pluspunt). Vaardigheden: Sterke organisatorische en communicatieve vaardigheden, met oog voor detail en veiligheid. Talen: Professionele beheersing van Nederlands en Engels (mondeling en schriftelijk). Houding: Proactief, oplossingsgericht en in staat om zelfstandig en in teamverband te werken.
