SharePoint Support RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled SharePoint administrator to join our team. As a SharePoint support specialist, you will be responsible for the day-to-day administration and maintenance of our SharePoint sites, libraries, and lists.Your key responsibilities will include:Administering and maintaining SharePoint sites, libraries, and lists: Ensure that all SharePoint content is accurate, up-to-date, and securely stored.Configuring and managing access packages: Control user permissions and access to sensitive information.Maintaining SharePoint performance: Monitor system performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise.Collaborating with IT and business teams: Design and implement SharePoint solutions to meet business needs.Ensuring data integrity and security: Protect company data from unauthorized access or breaches.Providing user support and training: Educate users on SharePoint functionalities and resolve any technical issues.Staying up-to-date with SharePoint features and best practices: Continuously update your knowledge to ensure optimal SharePoint usage.What We ExpectA first professional experience in a similar role and/or relevant degreeAll-round IT knowledge, especially with Microsoft 365 cloudFluent in Dutch and EnglishGood interpersonal skills and enthusiasm for supporting usersStrong communication skills to understand users' needs, clarifying issues, create consensus on timing and agree on solutionsProblem-solving mindset with a focus on implementing sustainable solutionsReal team player with honest and open communication, flexibility, a helpful attitude, and discretionStress-resistant to remain calm and professional under pressure and assist in a friendly and patient mannerAbility to work pro-actively, independentlyAbout Inetum BelgiumAt Inetum Belgium, we believe that everyone has the potential to make a difference.
