We are seeking an experienced SharePoint Expert to design, implement, and enhance our SharePoint Online and/or Server environments. You will play a key role in building secure, high-performance digital workspaces, supporting migration initiatives, and driving collaboration through innovative Microsoft 365 solutions. Key Responsibilities Design and implement SharePoint Online and/or Server solutions — including sites, portals, and applications — ensuring optimal performance, security, and sustainability. Support and participate in SharePoint migration projects, ensuring seamless transitions and minimal downtime. Develop and customize the platform using Web Parts, extensions, PowerShell scripts, and integrations with Power Platform and third-party tools to meet unique business needs. Manage security and access through defined policies, permissions, user groups, and external access controls to protect sensitive data. Stay current with developments in the Microsoft 365 ecosystem (SharePoint, Teams, Power Platform) and recommend strategic improvements for continuous digital evolution. Optimize the user experience by designing intuitive, well-structured site architectures and enforcing governance standards (content lifecycle, naming conventions). Enable adoption and knowledge sharing by creating documentation, conducting user training, and supporting key stakeholders in embracing new digital practices. Skills & Experience required: Proven experience in SharePoint administration, development, and customization. Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 technologies and how they integrate with SharePoint. Hands-on experience with PowerShell scripting and Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps).
