Our client is a global smart logistics company and the logistics arm of Alibaba Group. As part of its commitment to create customer value, it adopts a collaborative approach to logistics that aims to improve efficiency and customer experience for all players along the supply chain. Join our EU Customs Operations team to help Alibaba scale up our ambitious customs compliance program in key European ports focused on the digital transformation of e-commerce logistics and fully automated customs clearance processes. Job Description: Cooperating with HR back office, to support the implementation and operation of Site HR end-to-end process, responsible for the overall HR work of the Liege site, including employee enrollment, resignation, change, labor Contract, attendance, training etc., and work closely with regional and global HR team to build up a consistent Cainiao HR service to global and local employees. Continuously optimizing Site HR processes (GDPR, Union, EHS, Attendance, Payroll, etc.) Cooperating with HR TD/OC team, to lead Site HR projects such as employee satisfaction improvement, atmosphere enhancement, team buildings, training, etc. Provide continuous Site HR guidance and support, Provide comprehensive and effective human resources solutions to Site team in accordance with the company's strategic plan and operational goals. Requirements: Proficient in French and English listening, speaking, reading and writing, English can be used as working language More than 3 years of HR experience, familiar with Site HR practices.Familiar with local labor-related laws and experience of dealing with relevant government agencies and unions. Familiar with process and project management experience, with certain data analysis ability is preferred Have active planning ability and strong operational thinking, be optimistic, proactive, good at communication and coordination, actively promote the project progress, and coordinate all parties to get results. Have a good sense of customer service, customer first, patient and meticulous, pay attention to team cooperation and trust partners It would be excellent to have relevant HR experience in logistics companies.
