Are you an experienced team leader with a passion forlogistics and frozen products? A company based in Asse, a keylogistics player specializing in the storage of frozen goods forrenowned clients like Carrefour, Delhaize, and Solucious, islooking for a motivated Kaaiteamleader to strengthen theirteam.

Functieomschrijving

As a Kaaiteamleader, you will be responsible forefficiently managing a team of up to 10 employees in a frozenenvironment. You will ensure smooth logistical operations at thedock, which includes assigning docks via Peripass for loading andunloading trucks, following up on shipments and contracts, andcoordinating external loads. Additionally, you will manage returnsand ensure the dock remains clean andsafe.

Accurate planning is crucial: you willoversee slot management and ensure that receptions take place atthe scheduled times. In case of temperature issues, you will beresponsible for performing temperature checks to maintain thequality of the cargo.

Functie-eisen

Requirements:

  • Willingnessto work in a -25°C environment.
  • At least 1 yearof experience as a team leader, preferably in the logisticssector.
  • Flexibility with working hours andwillingness to work in shifts.
  • Proficiency inFrench and English; Dutch is a plus.
  • Strongorganizational skills and a hands-onmentality.
