General Manager (Technical & Operations Focus) | Remote | B2B SaaS | Infrastructure / Data Access / Privacy Our client is a fully remote B2B SaaS company operating in the infrastructure, data access, and online privacy space. The product is well-established, serving a global customer base, and the company is now moving from founder-led execution to a more structured, scalable operating model. The role We are looking for a General Manager to partner closely with the founder and take ownership of day-to-day execution and internal operations as the company scales. This role is not sales‑led. The focus is on building structure, improving execution, and aligning engineering, product, and operations to support sustainable growth. What you will focus on Leading day‑to‑day execution across engineering, product, and operations Helping translate company strategy into clear priorities, plans, and execution Improving internal processes, ownership, and accountability Working closely with the founder to gradually take over operational responsibilities Supporting scaling of the product and teams in a technical, infrastructure‑heavy environment Ensuring teams are aligned, moving fast, and solving the right problems What we are looking for We are specifically looking for candidates with a technical or product‑adjacent background, not commercial profiles. Experience in B2B SaaS, ideally in infrastructure, cloud, data, security, or API‑driven products Background in engineering, technical operations, platform teams, or technical product leadership Experience working closely with engineering teams and understanding technical trade‑offs Hands‑on experience in scaling teams and processes in companies of ~10–150 people Comfortable operating in ambiguous, fast‑moving environments Experience acting as a right hand to a founder or CEO is a strong plus What this role is NOT A sales, business development, or revenue leadership role A country manager or regional sales role A commercial GM position focused on pipeline or quotas Why this role Real influence on how the company operates and scales Close collaboration with the founder Opportunity to shape the operating model of a technical SaaS business Fully remote, international environment Seniority level Director Employment type Full‑time Job function Other Industries Computer and Network Security, Software Development, and IT System Data Services #J-18808-Ljbffr
