Wat zijn jouw belangrijkste taken?

Complexe projecten, met focus op procesondersteuning, functionaliteit, techniek en data-migratie.

Voornaamste taken:

  • Eindverantwoordelijkheid dragen voor een groot project met aansturing van meerdere consultants.
  • Klantmeetings leiden op senior management niveau.
  • Klantrelaties ontwikkelen en onderhouden.
  • Je teamleden in je projectteam coachen.

Welke kennis en ervaring verwachten we van jou?

Je hebt verschillende projecten voor business toepassingen of projecten voor implementatie van services doorlopen gedurende alle levenscycli van het project met betrekking tot: presales & kick-off, analyse, ontwerp, implementatie, testen, acceptatie, go-live, garantie en operationele ondersteuning.

Daarnaast heb je ervaring in:

  • Het aansturen van verandering, omgaan met projectdynamiek en werken met zowel business & IT als met leveranciers.
  • Dagelijkse prioriteiten stellen, risico's identificeren en ze actief verminderen.
  • De organisatie voorbereiden op zakelijke en functionele veranderingen, alsook het managen van verwachtingen.

  • Resultaatgerichtheid en stressbestendigheid: je kan omgaan met de verantwoordelijkheid om een kwalitatief project op tijd op te leveren.
  • Analytische geest en jouw sterke probleemoplossende en organisatorische vaardigheden.
  • Vermogen om met minimale supervisie te werken.
  • Coaching skills die zowel werknemers als managers kan begeleiden en adviseren.
  • Kennis van Business Central, module TMS is een sterk pluspunt.
  • Daarnaast spreek je zeer vlot het Nederlands, Frans en Engels. Je kan goed luisteren en communiceert op een heldere manier.
