Je draagt bij aan geïntegreerde oplossingen die het familiale vermogen en de onderneming beschermen bij overdracht naar volgende generaties. Adviseren over familiaal vermogensrecht en vermogensplanning (huwelijksgoederenrecht, giften, erfrecht, successierechten) Begeleiden van ondernemingen en aandeelhouders bij reorganisaties, holdings, controlestructuren en aandeelhoudersovereenkomsten Meewerken aan "Corporate Estate" vraagstukken met oog op intergenerationele overdracht Analyseren van dossiers en toepassen van relevante wetgeving van A tot Z Intensief contact met cliënten en actieve deelname aan events en seminaries Bijdragen aan publicaties en nieuwsbrieven om de expertise van het team uit te dragen Blijven ontwikkelen via interne en externe opleidingen en vakgroepen Jouw profiel Master in Rechten, aangevuld met een bijkomende master Fiscaliteit Eerste ervaring in een family owned business praktijk of sterke interesse in dit domein Uitstekende kennis van het Nederlands; goede kennis van Frans en/of Engels is een troef Sterke analytische vaardigheden en vermogen om praktijkgerichte oplossingen te formuleren Teamspeler met communicatieve vaardigheden en ondernemerszin Klantgericht, nauwkeurig en discreet, met zin voor initiatief Leergierig, creatief en volhardend Het aanbod Tiberghien biedt je een unieke kans om je carrière uit te bouwen binnen een multidisciplinair tax team met internationale dimensie.
