Freelance project: Senior Loyalty & CRM Expert

Wij zoeken voor een klant in Brussel een Freelance Loyalty & CRM Expert om de strategie en lancering van een nieuw loyaliteitsprogramma te realiseren

Project:

Verantwoordelijk voor de volledige lancering van het loyaliteitsprogramma, van strategie tot implementatie.

Direct contact met stakeholders om draagvlak te creëren en strategische beslissingen te onderbouwen.

Analytische inzichten vertalen naar effectieve klantgerichte oplossingen.

Creatieve en innovatieve strategieën ontwikkelen om klantloyaliteit te maximaliseren.

Skills:

Minstens 15 jaar ervaring in CRM, loyaliteitsprogramma's of een gerelateerd domein.

Sterke strategische en analytische skills

Stakeholdermanagement ervaring
