Nous recherchons un(e) Consultant(e) Commercial(e) passionné(e) par l'immobilier neuf pour accompagner la vente d'un large portefeuille de logements en développement à Bruxelles (appartements, maisons, kots et chambres). Vos missions : Présenter et promouvoir des projets immobiliers neufs auprès de clients variés ; Accompagner les clients tout au long du processus d'achat, de la première rencontre jusqu'à la signature chez le notaire ; Offrir des conseils personnalisés en fonction des besoins et attentes de chaque client ; Développer et fidéliser votre portefeuille clients tout en contribuant à la notoriété de l'entreprise. Votre profil : Vous disposez d'une expérience confirmée dans la vente sur plan de biens immobiliers neufs, idéalement à Bruxelles ; Vous connaissez parfaitement le marché immobilier neuf de la région ; Vous êtes doté(e) d'excellentes compétences relationnelles et d'un sens aigu du service client ; Vous êtes dynamique, proactif(ve) et orienté(e) résultats ; La maîtrise du néerlandais ou de l'anglais est un atout en plus du français.
