We are currently looking for an experienced Senior .NET Architect to lead the architecture, modernization, and technical governance of a portfolio of business‑critical enterprise applications.
This role is ideal for a hands‑on technical leader who enjoys shaping architecture strategy, mentoring development teams, and driving large‑scale modernization initiatives using modern Microsoft technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the architecture of multiple application domains and enterprise solutions
- Define target‑state architecture and modernization roadmaps
- Guide development teams on architecture decisions and complex technical challenges
- Lead migrations from legacy .NET Framework applications to modern .NET platforms
- Drive cloud‑native and containerization initiatives
- Architect scalable microservices and distributed systems solutions
- Provide architectural guidance for Blazor applications
- Mentor and coach Full Stack .NET development teams
- Facilitate architecture reviews, design workshops, and technical governance activities
- Collaborate closely with Product Owners, developers, and business stakeholders
Required Skills
Minimum 4 years of experience as a .NET Architect
Strong expertise in:
- C#
- SQL Server
- MongoDB
Strong knowledge of:
- Software Architecture Design
- Technical Leadership
Experience with:
- Leading Development Teams
- Technical Governance
- Cross‑Team Technical Delivery
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Professional English skills
Dutch or French language proficiency
Nice to Have
Experience within Energy, Utilities, or Infrastructure sectors
