Internal SAP EWM Architect

We are looking for an experienced SAP EWM Architect to join our dynamic team and participate in the implementation of advanced Supply Chain Management (SCM) solutions for our clients. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) solutions, ensuring seamless integration and effective utilization of SAP's capabilities to optimize warehouse processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Implementation of EWM Solutions: Lead the implementation of SAP EWM solutions, including project management, business process analysis, tool selection, change management, and training.
  • Business Process Definition and Modeling: Collaborate with business stakeholders to define and model warehouse processes, ensuring alignment with SAP EWM capabilities. Ensure that the business model can be replicated effectively in the software configuration.
  • Feasibility Assessment: Assess the feasibility of business models against the capabilities of the software and make necessary adjustments to ensure effective implementation.
  • Global and Local Requirements Analysis: Identify and compare global and local requirements, advising on the appropriate design and organizational changes needed to meet both global standards and local demands.
  • Process Design and Configuration: Design the 'to-be' processes and configure SAP EWM to meet client needs. Customize the system to support business operations and deliver analytical/reporting solutions.
  • Change Management: Assist in the management of change during the implementation phase, ensuring smooth transitions and user adoption. Provide continuous support during the post-implementation phase.
  • Training and Support: Deliver training to users and provide ongoing support during and after implementation to ensure the system meets business objectives.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience with SAP EWM solutions and previous involvement in implementation projects.
  • Strong knowledge of business process analysis and process modeling in the context of warehouse management.
  • Experience in project management and change management.
  • Ability to define and design to-be processes based on business requirements and translate them into effective SAP EWM configurations.
  • Experience with global and local requirement analysis, and advising clients on organizational and design changes.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate with both technical teams and business stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a deep understanding of supply chain operations and warehouse management.

Preferred Skills:

  • SAP Certification in EWM or related SCM modules.
  • Experience with Agile project management methodologies.
  • Knowledge of integration with other SAP modules such as SAP MM, SD, or WM.
