Job Description In this role, Senior Financial Business Partner you will lead and coordinate comprehensive controlling activities while acting as a trusted financial partner to the business. Responsibilities Managing end-to-end controlling activities, including business controlling, cost controlling, and financial reporting Defining and driving the annual controlling roadmap, ensuring clear priorities and effective execution throughout the year Leading the budgeting process, forecast cycles, and multi-year financial planning in close collaboration with finance stakeholders Supporting the monthly closing process in coordination with accounting, ensuring accuracy and compliance Monitoring financial performance, identifying variances versus targets, and proposing corrective actions to senior management Designing and maintaining management and operational reporting, including KPIs, dashboards, and performance reviews Contributing as a financial expert to strategic and cross-functional projects through robust financial analysis and business cases Qualifications A university degree or equivalent professional experience, with 8-10 years in a similar controlling or finance business partner role Strong expertise in accounting, financial analysis, planning, and controlling Solid understanding of process analysis tools and methodologies Ability to navigate complex, cross-functional environments and understand their financial implications Strong analytical capabilities, with a pragmatic, results‑driven approach Capacity to translate operational drivers into relevant financial KPIs A broad, strategic “helicopter view” while remaining attentive to operational details Benefits Opportunity to work at an expert level within a mature finance organization High exposure to executive management and key operational stakeholders Central role in shaping financial performance, influencing strategic decisions, and contributing to high‑impact projects Seniority level Mid‑Senior level Employment type Full‑time Job function Sales and Marketing (note: job function refers to internal classification) #J-18808-Ljbffr
