Als Packaging Development Coordinator ben je verantwoordelijk voor het afstemmen en opvolgen van de verpakkingsprojecten voor klanten van aanvraag tot lancering. Je werkt samen met verschillende interne afdelingen en met de klanten.
Concreet betekent dit:
- Afstemmen van klantwensen en beoordelen van voorstellen op technische haalbaarheid, productievereisten, wetgeving en lanceringstermijnen, in samenwerking met ondersteunende diensten.
Opstellen van een projectplan gebaseerd op de lanceringsdatum, en coördineren met andere afdelingen zoals materiaalplanning, onderhoud, productie en kwaliteit. - Beheren van de kosten voor materiaal bij delistingprojecten, begeleiden van de eerste productie runs en bijsturen waar nodig.
- Onderhouden van nauwe contacten met klanten, leveranciers en drukkerijen, en hen regelmatig op de hoogte houden van de projectstatus.
Beheren van de masterdata in het ERP-systeem (Navision) en verzamelen van benodigde informatie bij interne stakeholders. - Je behaalde een bachelor-denkniveau (door opleiding en/of ervaring) en kan 1-3 jaar relevante ervaring voorleggen. Bij voorkeur was je reeds actief binnen FMCG (voeding) en/of een productieomgeving. Kennis van verpakkingsmaterialen is een groot pluspunt (stage of job).
- Projectmatig werken is een belangrijk aspect om steeds het overzicht te behouden over je projecten en alle balletjes in de lucht te houden. Je bent praktisch ingesteld en houdt voeling met de operationele aspecten. Je beschikt over analytische vaardigheden en hebt affiniteit met masterdata (data-analyse).
- Je communiceert helder in het Nederlands en Engels. Je bent vertrouwd met gangbare pc-toepassingen en kennis van ERP-systemen is een pluspunt. Je bent een dynamische teamspeler met verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel en initiatief.
- Dit is een voltijdse of 4/5de rol met flexibele werkuren in een filevrije omgeving.
