JOUW UITDAGING Als Functional Analyst ben jij de essentiële schakel tussen Business en IT bij de transformatie van het applicatielandschap: Je analyseert bedrijfsprocessen, behoeften en systemen om verbeteringen te identificeren en oplossingen voor te stellen. Je vertaalt bedrijfsprocessen en gebruikerswensen naar functionele requirements voor het IT team. Je zorgt ervoor dat de zelfontwikkelde applicaties naadloos aansluiten op de behoeften van de business. Je schrijf user stories, stel je acceptatiecriteria op en begeleid je het ontwikkelproces van begin tot eind. JOUW ERVARING Minimum 5 jaar ervaring als Business Analyst, Functional Analist, Solution Analyst, Information Analyst, ... Je bent vertrouwd om user stories uit te schrijven en met custom made applicaties binnen een Scrum omgeving te werken. Met jouw sterke communicatieve vaardigheden ben jij in staat om technische en niet-technische stakeholders te verbinden. Je bent bereid om in een veranderende omgeving te werken.
