Job Description:As an Operations Support Officer, you will be responsible for maintaining the daily planning of all Hotac & Travel activities for cockpit and cabin crew members within TUI fly Western Region. You will coordinate hotels, taxis, and flight tickets within 72 hours of departure, ensuring that crew and other aviation personnel enjoy a worry-free stay or trip.
Responsibilities:- Act as the main point of contact for our crews regarding Travel Support.
- Maintain good relationships with our contractors to ensure that all Hotac & Travel suppliers go the extra mile for our crews and TUI.
- Proactively monitor daily operations in close collaboration with Crew Control to ensure crews can travel without worries and enjoy their rest in crew hotels.
- Respond to all questions and feedback from crew members regarding travel.
- Provide recommendations based on feedback to optimize travel experiences.
- Arrange "Buddy-tickets" for crew members to allow them to bring a family member or friend along.
- Collaborate internationally with Crew Travel colleagues in the Netherlands to create the best product for our crews and colleagues.
- Enjoy working in a team environment with enthusiasm.
- Looking for a fun position of 38 hours per week.
- Experience in the travel industry (e.g., travel agency) is a plus, but not required.
- Ability to handle challenges and complete tasks even under pressure.
- Flexible, able to prioritize, empathetic, and adaptable to various challenging situations.
- Structured, detail-oriented, enjoys maintaining contacts, and works accurately.
- Good communication skills to work effectively with crew members and other departments in the TUI organization (also internationally).
- Eager to learn and curious.
- Willing to work shifts (06:00 – 22:30) and weekends for more free time around work.
- Very good knowledge of Dutch, French, and English (both spoken and written).
- Salary dependent on age and experience, with a shift allowance applicable.
- 23 vacation days per year, plus additional days based on seniority.
