Joining Nalys means becoming part of a collaborative, agile, and forward-thinking team that values excellence, innovation, and continuous growth.About the RoleAs a Project Engineer – Clean Utilities, you will join a global leader in pharmaceutical manufacturing, to manage and implement critical engineering projects on-site. Your scope will include revamping HVAC systems, and electrical installations, with a strong focus on compliance and operational excellence. This role is pivotal in preparing for the upcoming events, ensuring projects are delivered on time and in line with GMP standards.Your ResponsibilitiesManage the study, coordination, and monitoring of projects involving machinery, equipment, installations, and buildingsPrepare and coordinate User Requirement Specifications and Change Control documentationParticipate in qualification activities: FAT/SAT, DQ, IQ, OQ, commissioning, and PQReview Validation Protocols and Reports for equipment and systemsBuild and maintain the Technical File and manage project-related plansOrganize internal and external implementation of assigned projectsSupport procurement activities and liaise with suppliersProvide continuous improvement recommendations to optimize equipment and processesAssist the Maintenance department and contribute to writing maintenance proceduresDeliver regular progress reports to the Engineering Manager.Skills & QualificationsYou hold a Master's degree or Bachelor's in electromechanical engineering or equivalent experience in a pharmaceutical environmentYou have a minimum of 5 years in a similar role within pharmaYou are fluent in French and English, both written and spokenYou are a good user of MS Office Suite, AutoCADYou know pharma regulations as EU GMP, 21 CFR complianceYou have strong organizational, communication, and presentation skillsYou are able to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and meet strict deadlinesSelf-starter with excellent problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration skills.The Recruitment ProcessAt Nalys, our hiring process is designed to be transparent and engaging:Olivia Braszko, TA Specialist at Nalys, will review your application and schedule an initial screeningA second interview will be held with one of our technical expertsFinal interview with our Business Unit Director, Jimmy Rousseaux.Interested?
