Welkom bij Wyre, een gloednieuw infrastructuurbedrijf op de markt met als missie het succesvol uitrollen van het netwerk van de toekomst. Wyre heeft haar intrede gemaakt op 1 juli 2023 en is ontstaan uit een krachtige samenwerking tussen twee toonaangevende bedrijven: Telenet en Fluvius.

Werken in het capacity & upgrades team:
Het capacity & upgrades team coördineert projecten binnen Wyre. Dit zijn projecten met hardwarewijzigingen, upgrades of impact op het Wyre-netwerk, zowel op ons coax- als glasvezelnetwerk. Het team zorgt voor een gerichte en nauwkeurige projectopvolging, met oog voor interne en externe stakeholders.
Jouw verantwoordelijkheden als Team Manager capacity & upgrades:
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de organisatie en het goed functioneren van het team om een efficiënte en continue werking te waarborgen en de doelstellingen te behalen.
- Je identificeert prioriteiten, formuleert acties en beheert initiatieven in overleg met stakeholders.
- Je plant, beheert en bewaakt de activiteiten van het team.
- Je rapporteert aan het management over de voortgang van projecten.
- Je werkt nauw samen met interne en externe stakeholders.
- Je bewaakt de evolutie en veranderingen van de IT-tools waarin jouw team werkt.
- Je coacht en zorgt ervoor dat de juiste competenties, kennis en vaardigheden van medewerkers op korte en lange termijn worden ontwikkeld en ingezet.
- Je beschikt over een bachelor of gelijkwaardig door relevante ervaring in het aansturen van een team.
- Je hebt affiniteit met leiderschap.
- Je hebt minimaal 4 jaar ervaring in projectmanagement/-coördinatie.
- Je hebt een goede kennis van het Nederlands en Engels, en bij voorkeur ook van het Frans (zowel gesproken als geschreven).
- Je werkt nauwkeurig, je bent sterk in administratie en let op de kwaliteit die jouw team levert.
- Je hebt financiële kennis met betrekking tot projectinvesteringen.
- Je bent een uitstekende motivator en coach.
- Je bent analytisch, communicatief sterk en proactief.
