International Projects | Heavy Industry | 100% Travel

We are looking for an experienced Site Supervisor – SILO to lead on-site execution of international silo and heavy industrial projects.

Your Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate daily site activities, subcontractors, and assembly teams.
• Ensure QSHE, safety, quality, and installation standards are followed.
• Monitor project progress, planning, quality, and costs.
• Coordinate manpower, equipment and site mobilization.
• Review technical documentation and ensure correct execution.
• Identify risks, deviations, and delays and report them to the Project Manager.
• Participate in client/site meetings and inspections.
• Support variation, claims, and invoice management.
• Prepare progress reports and maintain project data in SAP/ERP.

Your Profile

• Experience in industrial construction, silo projects, steel structures, or large-scale installation.
• Proven experience managing subcontractors and site teams.
• Strong understanding of HSE/QSHE requirements.
• Able to read technical drawings and follow installation methods.
• Structured, hands-on, assertive, and solution-oriented.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Fluent in English; Dutch, French, or German is a plus.
• Willing to travel 100% internationally, Monday–Friday.
