Quality Engineer

Xeryon is a rapidly growing scale-up that develops and produces innovative motion control solutions for high-tech applications. Renowned for creating some of the smallest motors in the world, we push the boundaries of precision engineering every day. To strengthen our Quality team, we are looking for a skilled Quality Engineer who will support our continuous quality improvement and help ensure the highest standards across our products and processes. Lead the handling and follow-up of customer complaints Drive structured problem-solving and lead 8D investigations Create, monitor, and close supplier complaints Plan and perform supplier audits Create and maintain Supplier Quality Agreements Support customer and ISO 9001 audits. Identify opportunities to improve inspection equipment and test methods Implement, validate, and document new inspection systems and methods Implement inspection/control plans Provide second-line support to QC and Production teams for inspection equipment and methods Review product developments to ensure compliance with standards and procedures Perform documentation reviews and ensure adherence to internal quality procedures Requirements: 1 to 5 years of experience preferentially in a production environment Knowledge of measurement systems (mechanical and electronical) and test method validation (e.g., Gage R&R) is a plus Experience with GDP, GMP, and Quality Management Systems (e.g., ISO 9001) is a plus Familiarity with quality and reliability tools such as root cause analysis, Six Sigma, Lean, 8D, and FMEA is a plus Competencies: Enthusiastic and driven Accurate and detail-oriented Strong documentation and reporting skills Analytical thinker with a structured approach Team player with strong communication skills Proactive, solution-oriented, and eager to improve processes Dynamic and energetic work environment in a fast-growing scale-up Opportunity to have a direct impact on the quality of our products Supportive team culture focused on innovation and continuous improvement Competitive salary and benefits aligned with experience and development Customer complaints, Audit, GMP, FMEA, Root Cause Analysis, Documentation, Iso 9001, Solution Oriented, Quality Procedures, Systems inspection, Enthusiasm, Reporting Skills, Inspection Planning, 2nd Level Support, Six Sigma, Inspection, Investigations, Supplier Quality, Test methods, Method validation, ISA, Measurement system, Attention to detail, Documents For Audit, Process Development, Proactivity, Quality Control, Customer support, Lean Tools, Product Development, Production, Production Teams, Mechanical, Internal Quality, Supplier audit
