Our mission is to create meaningful, visually strong and engaging content that reflects our values, our products, and the people behind them.And if you can tell, our brand is our most valuable assetContent Intern?As a Content Intern, you’ll support the Content Manager in the daily creation, coordination and optimization of Merchery’s content. Your role will be a mix of creativity, execution, coordination and analysis.You’ll gain hands-on experience across visual content, copywriting, email marketing and campaigns, while contributing directly to Merchery’s brand growth.👉 ResponsibilitiesYou will help the Content team by:Creating visual content (photos, videos, graphics) for social media, website, newsletters and campaigns ensuring content aligns with our brand identity and resonates with our audience.Maintain a consistent look and feel across all content, adapting assets for each platform’s best practices.Writing engaging copy for social media captions, newsletters, blog articles and website pages.Supporting the execution of the content strategy and bringing creative ideas to the table.Assisting with photoshoots and campaign production (concepts, coordination, on-site support).Collecting content from clients and partners (photos, testimonials, case studies).Helping manage and optimize email marketing campaigns.Monitoring content performance and using insights to improve engagement.Researching social media trends, competitors and new content ideas.✌🏻 What will your job at Merchery look like?On a day-to-day basis, you will assist the Content Manager in creating content aligned with our brand and vision. This includes designing visuals in Canva, capturing lifestyle photos of our products, and creating short video montages for Instagram/Linkedin. You’ll occasionally leave the office to visit customers or partners in Belgium or abroad. You’ll also help create weekly newsletters and write impactful SEO articles for our website. Regularly, you’ll be in contact with clients for various purposes (collecting visuals, planning visits, collaborations, etc.). When the time comes, you’ll contribute to both the creative and execution phases of our campaigns. As we are a small team, you’ll enjoy a high level of autonomy and truly act as a Swiss Army knife.👀 Could you be the one?You have a strong interest and sensitivity to brands & design in generalYou are a creative soul. Always with new creative ideas in mind in order to elevate our contentYou can take pictures with a professional camera, do small video montages & designsSocial media, Adobe suite & Canva are your best friendsYou are organized and detail-oriented.You like to write, captions for social networks as well as longer texts for our blog.You are comfortable with multitasking (a must)You are a team player but you can also operate independently by taking initiativesYou hold a bachelor/master degree or equivalentYou can speak and write English perfectly - any other language is a plus☀️ Working with usWill be fun ⚡️We are still an early-stage project and care deeply about building a positive, flexible and impactful working environment.
