🚀 Hiring: Resiliency / IT Continuity Engineer | Belgium (Hybrid) Are you passionate about IT resilience, continuity, and secure-by-design systems ? Do you enjoy working in Agile environments and ensuring systems can withstand critical failures and cyber incidents? This role offers the opportunity to make a real impact within a large-scale banking environment. 🔹 Key Responsibilities Ensure IT resilience and continuity during application, infrastructure, or datacenter failures Own and follow up on Recovery Run Books (CRB) and Disaster Recovery (DR) exercises Act as the main resiliency contact for multiple Agile tribes Plan, coordinate, and facilitate DR and cyber resilience exercises Collaborate with application owners, infrastructure, and security stakeholders Contribute to Group-wide resilience initiatives and Master Run Books (MRB) Identify risks, gaps, and improvement actions across applications and infrastructure 🔹 Required Experience & Skills 3–5+ years of experience as a Resiliency, IT Continuity, Security, OPS Engineer, or Architect Strong understanding of IT resilience, DR, and recovery processes Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments Solid stakeholder management and communication skills Ability to review architecture and technical diagrams from a resiliency perspective Hands-on knowledge of one or more: Cloud, Windows, Linux, Mainframe, Middleware, Databases Fluent in English ; French or Dutch is a plus 📍 Location: Belgium | 🏠 Hybrid (50% onsite / 50% remote)
