Introductie Als Senior Business Advisor binnen Colruyt Group ben je de strategische rechterhand van het directieteam (van een bepaald enseigne/Operating Unit). Je vertaalt complexe vraagstukken naar heldere analyses en actiegerichte aanbevelingen. Je combineert analytische scherpte met pragmatische executie en zorgt dat strategische prioriteiten werkelijkheid worden. Je bent niet alleen adviseur, maar ook de katalysator die verandering mogelijk maakt. Wat ga je doen? Ontwikkelen van strategische analyses en scenario-modellen ter ondersteuning van directiebeslissingen. Coördineren van strategische projecten en bewaken van voortgang op prioriteiten. Opstellen van KPI-frameworks en dashboards die sturen op resultaat. Fungeren als sparringpartner voor directie en challengen van aannames. Vertalen van marktinzichten en data naar concrete businessplannen. Wie ben jij? Minimaal 7 jaar ervaring in strategy consulting, corporate strategy/chief of staff of executive support of binnen gelijkaardige rollen. Masterdiploma in economie/finance, business, engineering of gelijkwaardig. Sterk in stakeholdermanagement en executive communication. Analytisch, conceptueel en hands-on in implementatie. Ervaring met complexe organisaties en verandertrajecten is een plus. Contextervaring binnen (food) retail/ (food) manufacturing/supply chain is een absolute sterkte. Waarom kiezen voor Colruyt Group?
