Main Tasks Writing user manuals and online help for software systems Creating web and technical documentation Managing testing activities in software development Required Skills User support knowledge for software systems Web language skills (e.g., HTML, Flash) Basic programming knowledge (Java, PHP, Spring Boot, Hibernate) Experience with test management and defect tracking tools Agile methodology understanding Strong verbal/written communication and time management skills Education Minimum level: Bachelor's degree (Level 6 European Qualification Framework) This role is ideal for someone autonomous, detail-focused, and organized with technical writing and software testing abilities. The focus is on clear communication to help users understand and effectively use information systems.
