The Change Manager is responsible for managing the human dimension of the IS Transformation Program and the NIS2 Program for the IS scope.

Change Management is integrated into project governance and deployed throughout the lifecycle of transformation initiatives.

Particular attention is paid to NIS2 projects in order to support:

the evolution of the roles and responsibilities of managers and employees with regard to cybersecurity;
the adoption of new security processes, controls and tools;
the integration of the "Security by Design" principle into projects;
the development of a proactive cybersecurity culture;
the emergence of a network of change ambassadors and security champions within IS.

He/She will need to ensure a coordinated approach between IS transformation and NIS2 requirements within the IS scope.

Main deliverables

Overall strategy and Change Management Roadmap for the IS and NIS2 Transformation Program (for the IS scope).
Adoption dashboard and regular reporting to the IT Transformation Core.
Mapping of organizational impacts, roles, processes, tools and skills.
Analysis of stakeholders and assessment of their level of engagement.
Register of resistances and mitigation plans.
Plan de communication global Transformation IS et NIS2
NIS2 Network of Change Ambassadors and Security Champions.
Manager kits, communication materials, manager support
NIS2 awareness programs and adoption campaigns.
Coaching of project teams, Product Owners, Project Managers and critical teams.
