Every day, billions of financial transactions move through the world’s banking system. Vyntra helps financial institutions understand, monitor and protect those transactions.
Considering applying for this job Do not delay, scroll down and make your application as soon as possible to avoid missing out.
Our Transaction Observability platform gives banks real-time visibility into complex payment flows, helping them understand what is happening across their transaction ecosystem and identify issues before they become bigger problems.
We’re looking for someone who understands banking and payments and knows how to build trusted relationships with complex financial institutions.
You don’t need to come from a traditional Customer Success background. You might currently work in Customer Success, strategic account management, client relationship management, transaction banking, payments or service management. We’re more interested in what you’ve actually been responsible for than your job title.
What you’ll do
You’ll own a portfolio of international banking customers across Europe and beyond, becoming a key point of contact and trusted advisor.
You’ll:
- Build relationships with customer stakeholders across business, operations and technology
- Understand what customers are trying to achieve and help them get the most from Vyntra
- Develop customer plans, track progress and lead regular business and service reviews
- Monitor customer health, adoption and satisfaction and act early when something isn’t working
- Step back from individual issues to understand the bigger picture, helping customers prioritise and find the right way forward
- Coordinate colleagues across Product, Professional Services, Support and Sales to make sure actions move forward
- Represent the voice of the customer internally and help shape how we develop our products and services
- Identify opportunities to expand relationships where Vyntra can solve additional customer problems
- Support renewals and help build long-term, successful customer relationships
This isn’t a technical support role, and you won’t be expected to personally debug every customer problem. We’re looking for someone who can understand the situation, ask the right questions, bring the right people together and guide the customer towards an outcome.
What we’re looking for
You’ll need a good understanding of banking and payments; enough to understand how transactions move and to have credible conversations with people working in this environment.
You’ll also bring:
- Experience owning important B2B customer relationships
- Confidence working with senior customer stakeholders
- The ability to understand complex customer situations and turn them into clear priorities and actions
- Experience coordinating across technical, operational and commercial teams
- Clear, concise communication and the confidence to challenge constructively when needed
- Fluent English; French and/or Dutch would be valuable
- The ability to work from our Mechelen office around two days a week and travel to customers when needed
Experience with payment operations, transaction banking, SWIFT, payment messaging, financial technology or banking software would all be particularly relevant.
If you’ve worked with customer success plans, adoption, account health, business reviews, renewals or account growth, even better, but we don’t expect everyone to have followed the same route into this role.
