Op dit moment zijn we actief op zoek naar een ervaren projectmanager om ons team in loondienst te versterken. We willen graag benadrukken dat we niet op zoek zijn naar zelfstandigen of interim professionals voor deze specifieke functie
Ben jij een gedreven en ervaren projectmanager die energie krijgt van het leiden van multidisciplinaire projecten? Wij zijn op zoek naar een enthousiaste Projectmanager voor de disciplines steigerbouw en isolatie op onze locatie in Antwerpen.
In deze rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor het succesvol realiseren van projecten op klantlocaties van Brand Energy & Infrastructure Services, met een focus op arbeidsmanagement.
Wat ga je doen?
Als Projectmanager speel je een cruciale rol in het toezicht houden op projecten in complexe industriële omgevingen. Vanaf de commerciële fase ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het plannen en aansturen van de uitvoering van projecten op klantlocaties. Je staat aan het roer van meerdere multidisciplinaire projecten en werkt nauw samen met projectleiders en klanten.
Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het volledige traject van bouw- en onderhoudsactiviteiten, inclusief de planning, organisatie en leidinggevende aspecten. Je beheert niet alleen het project zelf, maar ook de omvang ervan en het veranderingsproces in samenwerking met de klant. Daarnaast neem je de taak op je om de vereisten voor materiaal en arbeid te bepalen op basis van het contract. Hierbij stuur je direct je team aan en zorg je voor een efficiënte verzending van materialen naar de bouwplaats. Het nauwgezet bijhouden en controleren van dagelijkse kosten en productie is eveneens een essentieel onderdeel van je rol.
Tevens draag je zorg voor het beheren van de afgesproken deadlines en heb je een actieve rol in het opstellen van werkprocessen, waaronder verzoeken om informatie, voorstel indieningen en loonaanvragen. Het bestuderen van opdrachtspecificaties om de meest geschikte constructiemethoden te bepalen behoort ook tot je takenpakket.
Kwaliteitscontrole van het gehele project en het aanvragen van benodigdheden en materialen om bouwprojecten succesvol af te ronden, maken integraal deel uit van jouw verantwoordelijkheden. Als een toegewijde projectmanager draag je bij aan het succes en de efficiëntie van onze projecten.
Wat breng je verder mee?
- Je hebt een afgeronde bachelor opleiding;
- Je hebt relevante werkervaring in een soortgelijke functie;
- Je hebt aantoonbare kennis en ervaring in steigerbouw en isolatie;
- Je bent communicatief vaardig en beschikt over leidinggevende kwaliteiten;
- Je hebt een goede beheersing van zowel de Nederlandse als Engelse taal in woord en geschrift;
