You lead a team of experienced accountants and act as a trusted business partner to the management team.This role combines operational responsibility with strategic involvement and offers a clear growth path towards a Finance Director position.What You'll Be DoingOperational ResponsibilitiesTake final responsibility for the full accounting cycle across multiple entities (month-end, year-end, audits, tax).Manage intercompany transactions and support the financial integration of new entities.Consolidate, analyze, and report financial results and present insights to management.Act as the primary financial contact for banks, auditors, and external advisors.Lead, coach, and develop the finance team while ensuring efficient and transparent processes.Play a key role in ERP implementation and further financial digitalization.Strategic ResponsibilitiesOptimize financial processes and reporting flows.Support budgeting and contribute to strategic decision-making.Gradually take on a broader role in shaping the group's financial strategy.Who We're Looking ForYou are a senior finance professional who thrives in a growing SME or scale-up environment.
