Functieomschrijving In deze rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor het ontwikkelen en uitvoeren van de marketingstrategie voor zowel DVH als de verschillende start-ups binnen de holding. Je werkt nauw samen met de directie, venture leads en externe partners. Je combineert strategisch denken met hands-on uitvoering en voelt je thuis in een omgeving waar creativiteit, snelheid en flexibiliteit centraal staan. Jouw verantwoordelijkheden Ontwikkelen van een duidelijke marketing- en merkstrategie voor DVH en de ventures. Uitbouwen van de digitale aanwezigheid van DVH (website, socials, content, ads). Opzetten, uitvoeren en optimaliseren van digitale campagnes (SEA, social advertising, email marketing, funnels). Uitwerken van contentplanning, storytelling, blogs, cases en social media formats. Analyseren en rapporteren van marketingdata en campagneresultaten. Aansturen en coördineren van freelancers, designers en externe agencies. Ondersteunen van de ventures bij hun go-to-market strategie, branding en growth tactieken. Creëren van marketingmateriaal: presentaties, pitch decks, visuals, brochures en webcontent. Bijdragen aan investeerderscommunicatie en reputatiemanagement van de holding. Jouw profiel Bachelor of Master in Marketing, Communicatie, Digitale Media of een gelijkaardig domein. Minstens 3 jaar relevante ervaring, idealiter in een start-up, scale-up of venture context. Sterk in digitale marketing, performance marketing en merkstrategie. Hands-on ingesteld, creatief, flexibel en ondernemend. Ervaring met tools zoals Google Analytics, Meta/LinkedIn Ads, Canva/Adobe en CRM-oplossingen. Vlot in Nederlands en Engels (Frans is een pluspunt). Je houdt van werken in een snelgroeiende omgeving en bent niet bang om initiatief te nemen.
