  • Training & Coaching

  • Outplacement & Loopbaanmanagement (via Hura)

ITZU Talent Solutions maakt deel uit van de ITZU Group, een toonaangevende HR-dienstverlener actief in meerdere domeinen. De groep biedt o.a. uitgebreide expertise in uitzendarbeid, werving & selectie, talentontwikkeling, outplacement en facility services en levert daarmee complete HR-oplossingen voor zowel bedrijven als talenten.

Deze rol van Managing Consultant combineert commercieel, operationeel en people management. Je leidt een ervaren en zelfstandig team, draagt bij aan de verdere groei van de vestiging en bouwt en onderhoudt duurzame klantrelaties door actief met hen samen te werken en mee te denken. Je doet dit voor de vestiging in Zaventem.

Jouw belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden:

Lid van het Directieoverleg

  • Actief bijdragen aan de strategische koers van ITZU Talent Solutions.
  • Opstellen en bewaken van budgetten en rentabiliteit voor de lokale vestiging.
  • Informeren en adviseren van het management over kansen en ontwikkelingen.

Commerciële & Strategische Groei

  • Uitwerken van een commerciële aanpak en planning in lijn met de globale visie en strategie van het bedrijf.
  • Business development: identificeren van groeimogelijkheden en uitbreiden van diensten.
  • Onderhouden en uitbreiden van klantenrelaties, inclusief strategische accountontwikkeling.
  • Inhoudelijk uitwerken en commercieel onderhandelen van grote offertes.

Peoplemanagement & Teamontwikkeling

  • Aansturen, motiveren en coachen van een ervaren team van senior consultants en freelancers.
  • Vastleggen en bewaken van KPI's.
  • Ondersteunen bij het inhoudelijk concipiëren van HR-projecten op maat.
  • Stimuleren van een sterke samenwerking en interne communicatie.
  • Voeren van groei- en evaluatiegesprekken met oog op persoonlijke loopbaanevolutie en ontwikkeling.

Operationeel & Kwaliteitsbeheer

  • Bewaken van kwaliteit en deontologische standaarden.
  • Zorgen voor een efficiënte werkorganisatie.
  • Optimaliseren van de interne processen.

Expertise & Innovatie

  • Optreden als expert op het gebied van assessment en development centers en klanten hierin adviseren en begeleiden.
  • Meewerken als expert in HR-projecten, training, coaching en organisatieontwikkeling.
  • Nieuwe ontwikkelingen binnen assessment, HR-strategie en technologie implementeren.
  • Bijdragen aan kennisdeling en continue verbeteringen door deelname aan transversale werkgroepen binnen Itzu.

Jouw profiel:

  • Je hebt ervaring in HR, organisatieontwikkeling en/of talentmanagement. Ervaring met assessments, coaching en HR-consulting is een plus.
  • Je weet als peoplemanager een zelfsturend team te motiveren en te inspireren.
  • Je bent commercieel en strategisch sterk, met focus op langdurige klantrelaties.
  • Je spreekt vlot Frans en hebt een goede kennis van het Nederlands.
  • Je hebt een hands-on mentaliteit, je bent betrokken, oplossingsgericht en klantgericht.
  • Je bent flexibel en stressbestendig, je schakelt snel in een dynamische werkomgeving.
