Are you a hands-on professional with a fervor for operational management? As a QHSE campus engineer, you will play a pivotal role in addressing practical challenges on the campus. Furthermore, your responsibilities will extend to ensuring robust Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment (QHSE) management practices across the campus.
Your Responsibilities- Identify and address practical campus issues, from safety concerns to design challenges.
- Manage transportation processes and ensure compliance with cargo standards.
- Conduct inductions for new employees and actively participate in management reviews.
- Oversee site and QHSE management, including ongoing projects on the campus.
- Monitor work meetings and resolve design-related problems.
- Provide customer-focused facility services, including managing construction sites, daily activities, and logistics.
- Conduct incident investigations.
- Participate in safety initiatives and collaborate in a dynamic environment where you closely collaborate with different DEME departments.
- Proficiency in solving various operational challenges.
- Background as a safety coordinator in construction is a big plus.
- You are a professional proficient in both Dutch and English.
- You're open to working on the DEME HQ campus in Zwijndrecht.
