To support our global business and ongoing SAP S/4HANA journey, we are looking for an experienced Integration Architect who will define and drive Ravago's enterprise-wide integration strategy and architecture.

This is a highly visible role with global impact, offering the opportunity to shape how systems, applications, and data interact across our international landscape.

Your Role

As Integration Architect, you will be the technical authority for Ravago's Integration Platform and act as the bridge between business strategy, enterprise architecture, and technology delivery.

You will define architecture principles, integration standards, governance models, and strategic roadmaps that enable scalable, secure, and future-proof connectivity across our enterprise applications.

Working closely with business stakeholders, regional IT teams, Enterprise Architects, project teams, and external technology partners, you will ensure our integration landscape supports both local agility and global consistency.

• This role is part of our Global Enterprise Architecture team and plays a key role in the ongoing SAP S/4HANA transformation journey.

What will you do

Define and Drive Integration Strategy

• Own and evolve Ravago's global integration strategy and target architecture.
• Develop and maintain the integration roadmap across business domains and regions.
• Establish architectural standards and best practices for integration solutions.
• Align integration capabilities with business objectives and digital transformation initiatives.

Architect the Integration Platform

Define the future direction of the SAP Integration Suite and the broader integration landscape.

Govern technologies including

• SAP Integration Suite
• API Management
• Event Mesh
• Trading Partner Management
• B2B and EDI Integration
• Middleware and iPaaS solutions
• Ensure a scalable and sustainable integration architecture across all platforms.

Build Integration Standards and Governance

Define and manage enterprise integration patterns, including:

• API-led integration
• Event-driven architecture
• Messaging
• Batch and file-based integration
• B2B/EDI connectivity

Establish standards for

• API design and lifecycle management
• Contract-first development
• Versioning and deprecation
• Naming conventions and taxonomy
• Security and authentication
• Monitoring and observability

Support the Global SAP S/4HANA Program

• Design and govern the integration architecture surrounding SAP S/4HANA.
• Promote and safeguard clean-core principles.
• Enable side-by-side extensions on SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP).
• Define integration approaches between SAP and surrounding business applications.

Provide Architectural Leadership

• Review and guide integration initiatives from inception through delivery.
• Act as the key decision-maker on integration solution design.
• Prevent unnecessary point-to-point interfaces and technical complexity.
• Support architecture governance and decision-making processes across the organization.

Drive Operational Excellence

• Participate in incident reviews and post-mortem analyses.
• Lead architectural remediation activities resulting from production incidents.
• Reduce technical debt and support the retirement of legacy middleware technologies.
• Continuously improve platform reliability, scalability, and maintainability.

Collaborate Across the Global Organization

• Partner with Enterprise Architects, Solution Architects, Data Architects, and delivery teams.
