Senior Brand Manager

Wil jij mee bouwen aan sterke consumentenmerken en mensen elke dag inspireren? Als Senior Brand Manager krijg je een sleutelrol in het uitbouwen, beheren en versterken van sterke merken. Je combineert strategisch inzicht met creatieve flair en werkt nauw samen met Sales en externe partners om groeiplannen te realiseren. Je bent eigenaar van jouw merken en stuurt de groei in de komende jaren. Concreet: Je ontwikkelt marketingstrategieën en vertaalt ze naar doordachte activaties. Je coördineert campagnes via tv, digital, sampling, influencer en POS. Je brieft en challengt media- en creatieve bureaus en finetunet hun output. Je monitort performance online, offline én in-store en stuurt proactief bij. Je voert markt- en concurrentieonderzoek uit op basis van o.a. Nielsen-data. Je identificeert trends, nieuwe smaken/concepten en vertaalt die naar opportuniteiten. Je detecteert pijnpunten (o.a. marktaandeel, volume, brand awareness) en bepaalt welke hefbomen nodig zijn. Je bouwt de online aanwezigheid en engagement verder uit. Je brengt het merkverhaal tot leven via o.a.: one-pagers voor listings bij retailers productlanceringen interne presentaties Masterdiploma in een economische richting (Handelswetenschappen, TEW, …) Min. 4 jaar ervaring in een gelijkaardige functie Ervaring met Nielsen of GfK is een must Sterk analytisch én creatief denkvermogen Proactief, gestructureerd en resultaatgericht Vlot in Nederlands & Engels (Frans is een plus) Een impactvolle rol met veel autonomie Intensieve begeleiding en doorgroeimogelijkheden De kans om te werken aan sterke A-merken in een ondernemende FMCG-omgeving Een aantrekkelijk salarispakket met extralegale voordelen Vlot bereikbaar vlak bij station Berchem Media, Marktonderzoek, Engelse taal, Brand Awareness, Frans, Nederlands, Engagement, Verkoop, Marketing, Product LaunchesJBRP1_BE
