About the role
Is well-being and fitness of our members and guests important to you? Do you like to work health-conscious and appreciate helping others?
As a Personal Trainer (m/f) at our Aspria Brussels Clubs, you will support our members on their way to reach their goals.
As an energetic and communicative person, you will also have a high degree of empathy and will not be disturbed by potentially challenging situations.

Responsibilities
- You proactively sell and conduct personal training sessions.
- You implement the Aspria Service Standards.
What we want from you
- You have a sports degree or a completed training with a focus on fitness training.
- A proof of your trainer license (at least EREPS 4) is required.
- You must have a valid Business identification number (VAT N°) in Belgium.
- You appreciate the independent way of working and have the necessary sense of responsibility for it.
- Ideally, you have experience in acquisition, sales, and customer retention.
- You appear to be positive, self-confident, and representative so that you can thereby inspire our guests, members, and employees alike.
- You can communicate well in French and English with our international guests; Dutch is a plus.
