Overview LRM invests in companies and provides financing opportunities to businesses with a connection to Limburg. The organization manages three business campuses: Corda in Hasselt, Thor Park in Genk, and DronePort in Sint-Truiden. LRM also facilitates entrepreneurs in finding business premises and is actively transforming former mine sites, be-MINE and Terhills, into internationally renowned landmarks. With a network of seven incubators across Limburg housing more than 300 start-ups, LRM supports these businesses through tailored programs, events, and connections offered by the Limburg Startup community. LRM is widely recognized for its contributions to innovation and sustainability, driven by impactful climate projects. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role in Hasselt for a Senior Investment Manager. The responsibilities include overseeing and managing investment portfolios, developing and implementing effective investment strategies, and conducting financial analyses. The Senior Investment Manager plays a key role in identifying new investment opportunities, fostering growth among partner companies, and ensuring alignment with organizational financial goals through data-driven insights and strategic planning. Qualifications Proven expertise in Investment Management, Investments, and formulating Investment Strategies Strong Analytical Skills and ability to effectively evaluate financial data Comprehensive knowledge of Finance principles and their application in investment decision-making Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills Relevant academic background such as a Bachelor\'s or Master\'s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields A minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in investment management or a similar field Prior experience in fostering economic growth and recognizing potential business opportunities is a strong advantage #J-18808-Ljbffr
