Senior Construction Risk & Change Manager | Hyperscale Data Centre Build | Charleroi, BelgiumThis is not a “keep the spreadsheet tidy” Risk & Change role.This is a major hyperscale data centre build in Belgium - big budget, multiple contractors, constant change pressure, and real consequences if governance slips.If you’re the person who can take noise, ambiguity, and competing interests - then turn it into structured early warnings, quantified risk, clean approvals, and controlled contingency drawdown - you’ll like this.What you’ll ownEnd-to-end Early Warning Notifications (EWN), Risk, and Change process across the projectChair and drive EWN, risk, and change forums with key stakeholders and SMEsEscalate submissions that breach agreed thresholds and triggersManage change communications so stakeholders stay aligned and decisions land fastMaintain a clear, auditable client database and change log with proper detail and narrativeWork with risk owners to ensure mitigation is realistically costed and scheduledProduce risk and change reporting for monthly project reportingEnsure change approvals are backed by the right evidence and documentationTrack total project contingency vs change drawdown and report transparently to the OwnerWhat we’re looking forProven Risk and Change leadership on large-scale, complex construction projectsComfortable operating in the detail, but able to think strategically when pressure hitsFluent English (written and spoken)Based in Belgium or willing to relocateYou must already have the legal right to work in Belgium (no sponsorship)Interview processIn person or virtual - video required.
