Wereldwijd werken we met 43.000 collega’s in meer dan 60 landen om onze klanten culinaire excellentie aan te bieden. De Brusselse vestiging maakt sinds einde 2020 deel uit van de gategroup, maar is al sinds juli 2002 een gevestigde waarde op Brussels National Airport. Momenteel werken er ongeveer 470 personen in België.Ter vervanging van een collega zijn we op zoek naar een: Manager Accounting (M/V/X)Hoe zien jouw dagdagelijkse taken eruit?Zorgen voor een efficiënte, volledige en correcte boekhouding en rapportage door het accountingteam voor de juridische entiteit.Je houdt toezicht op de maandelijkse en jaarlijkse afsluitingsprocessen, inclusief het opstellen en controleren van financiële overzichten.Je geeft leiding aan het lokale boekhoudingsteam:Je verdeelt het werk.Je bewaakt over de naleving van deadlines.Je controleert het geleverde werk.Je volgt de planning op.Je beheert:Intercompany facturatie.De balans, inclusief aansluitingen en passende documentatie.Maandelijkse omrekening en herwaardering van vreemde valuta.Maandelijkse btw-aangifte, aangifte intra-status en jaarlijkse aangifte inkomstenbelasting voor de betreffende rechtspersoon, inclusief driemaandelijkse groepsrapportage.Alle lokale overheidsregistraties voor de rechtspersoon, indien van toepassing.Alle maandelijkse, driemaandelijkse en jaarlijkse verslagen die vereist zijn door de nationale statistieken en maandelijkse verslagen aan lokale belastingen met betrekking tot arbeidsleveranciers.Je onderhoudt het register van vaste activa, de maandelijkse afschrijvingen en het onderhanden werk.Je bent het belangrijkste aanspreekpunt voor de financiële auditeurs over boekhoudkundige kwesties met betrekking tot de rechtspersoon.Ervoor zorgen dat alle documenten door andere afdelingen worden aangeleverd.Controleren en consolideren van rapporten.Beantwoorden van vragen van accountants in samenwerking met andere afdelingen.Je bereidt de statutaire jaarrekening voor.Je werkt samen met de boekhoudkundige en financiële teams in Servië over boekingen, rapportages en data aanpassingen.Wie zoeken we?Je hebt een diploma boekhouding/fiscaliteit.Je hebt minstens 5 jaar beroepservaring in boekhouding/fiscaliteit.Je hebt een grondige kennis van de Belgische boekhoudprincipes, fiscale regelgeving en financiële rapporteringsnormen.Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands, Frans en Engels.Kennis van boekhoudsoftware en ERP-systemen; kennis van SAP is een meerwaarde.Je hebt een goede kennis van Office (gevorderd Excel, Word, PowerPoint).Je bent accuraat, analytisch en servicegericht.Wat mag je van ons verwachten?Een professionele omgeving waar kwaliteit en veiligheid hoog in het vaandel gedragen worden;Internationale werkomgeving op de luchthaven;Voltijds contract, inclusief bedrijfswagen, 13de maand, maaltijdcheques, eco-cheques, sociaal abonnement (100%) en groepsverzekering.
