Your Role as a Senior Procurement ConsultantAs a Senior Procurement Consultant, you will take ownership of strategic procurement initiatives and guide clients through complex challenges.You will play a key role in defining and implementing best-in-class sourcing strategies while mentoring junior consultants and sharing your expertise.Your responsibilities will include:Designing and delivering procurement strategies and sourcing plans.Leading end-to-end RFx processes (from preparation to negotiation and contract award).Driving Supplier Relationship Management and fostering strong partnerships.Managing internal stakeholders and aligning procurement goals with business objectives.Sharing expertise, applying best practices, and contributing to knowledge development within Kronos. Who We're Looking For3 to 15 years of experience in Procurement or Strategic Sourcing.Expertise in best-in-class procurement processes and proven success in complex environments.Strong leadership skills and the ability to influence at all levels.Excellent communication and analytical skills.Agile, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset.Advanced knowledge of Excel and experience with procurement tools (e.g., SAP, Ivalua).Fluent in English; proficiency in French and/or Dutch is a strong asset.
