A First Line Manager – Brewing to lead and support a team of operators, keeping daily operations on track while helping people grow and perform at their best. You'll need: Higher technical education or equivalent experience in an industrial or production environment Proven experience leading, coaching, and motivating an operational team Strong communication skills and the confidence to work with unions and stakeholders Solid organisational and analytical skills A strong focus on quality, safety, and environmental standards Dutch fluency, with basic French and English You are... A people-focused leader who enjoys being present on the floor and supporting teams day to day Comfortable running shift handovers, planning staffing, and spotting training needs early Calm and consistent when setting targets and following up on performance Someone who balances improving ways of working with sticking to agreed standards Confident managing projects, timelines, and budgets Motivated by helping individuals and teams reach their full potential The good stuff...
