Jouw rol
Als Business Process Manager ben jij de spil in het optimaliseren van bedrijfsprocessen en het leiden van diverse projecten van A tot Z. Je werkt nauw samen met alle afdelingen, van IT tot operationele teams, en bent verantwoordelijk voor het uittekenen van projectflows die zorgen voor een efficiëntere werking. In deze functie rapporteer je aan de Portfolio Manager en werk je binnen een hecht team van zeven collega's, waar je continu kunt sparren en kennis uitwisselen.
Een typische dag in jouw rol bestaat uit:
- Het opzetten en managen van projecten die bijdragen aan de verbetering van bedrijfsprocessen.
- Het uittekenen en optimaliseren van projectflows en ervoor zorgen dat alles volgens plan verloopt.
- Intensieve samenwerking met verschillende afdelingen binnen het bedrijf om de bedrijfsprocessen te begrijpen en te verbeteren.
- Het vertalen van complexe processen naar duidelijke en overtuigende boodschappen voor je collega's en stakeholders.

Wie ben jij?
- Je beschikt over een Bachelor- of Masterdiplomaen hebt minstens 3 jaar ervaring in een vergelijkbare functie.
- Je bent een teamplayer die gemakkelijk samenwerkt met collega's van verschillende afdelingen.
- Je hebt ervaring met projectmethodieken en bent in staat om projecten van begin tot eind te leiden, te plannen en te organiseren.
- Je hebt een helikopterview, neemt initiatief en weet anderen te overtuigen met een duidelijke en overtuigende boodschap.
- Je hebt een uitstekende kennis van Nederlands, een goede beheersing van Engels, en kennis van Frans is een plus.
- Stressbestendigheid en een open mind voor verandering zijn voor jou vanzelfsprekend.
