Our client, a global biopharmaceutical leader focused on innovative solutions for neurological and immunological diseases, is looking for a Talent Data & Processes Specialist. Key Responsibilities: In this dynamic role you will: Maintain Employee Data Process HR requests in the global case management system within SLA. Maintain and update employee data in HR systems (e.g., transfers, expatriation, additional roles, organizational changes). Perform mass updates, imports/exports, and resolve data discrepancies. Advocate for and support data quality Deliver regular data quality reports and escalate issues. Support colleagues with data maintenance and ensure compliance. Process HR Data Contribute to process improvements and automation. Document processes and provide end-user training. Collaborate with IT for system enhancements and testing. Your Profile: You have a Bachelor's degree and are fluent in English (French is a plus). You have strong hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors, this is mandatory. You are advanced in Excel, for data analysis and reporting. You have a solid knowledge of HR operational processes and standards. You have experience in HR Shared Service Centers or similar environments. Case management tools (e.g., Neocase) are known to you. You are analytical, detail-oriented, and able to work independently with global teams.
