Lifeguard We are seeking a dedicated Lifeguard to oversee poolside safety and deliver an exceptional experience for our members. As a Lifeguard, you will be responsible for ensuring the health, wellness, and enjoyment of our members. To succeed in this role, you must hold an NPLQ qualification and possess strong engagement, communication, and listening skills. Promote a culture of health and wellness within a dynamic environment. Maintain pool areas in compliance with Health and Safety regulations. Conduct regular pool tests and maintain accurate records. Key Responsibilities: Safety and Risk Management: Oversee poolside safety, respond to emergencies, and implement measures to prevent accidents. Member Engagement: Build strong relationships with members, provide exceptional customer service, and promote a positive atmosphere. Pool Maintenance: Maintain pool areas in accordance with Health and Safety standards, conduct regular tests, and ensure accurate documentation.
