Software Engineer ( Java, Typescript, AWS ) As a Software Engineer, your responsibilities will include: Analyze, develop, test, maintain, correct, and write support documents for Speos' client and administrative solutions. Review and improve existing code. Participate in the continuous improvement of client application development. Provide second-level support, identify root causes and resolutions, and adhere to support procedures. Resolve malfunctions and bugs and deploy fixes. Provide technical coaching and guidance to Service and Coordinator Managers. Participate in the creation and validation of a project's functional documentation. Take the lead in the creation and validation of a project's technical documentation. Build solutions according to agreed specifications, in compliance with Speos standards and guidelines. Test and deploy solutions based on predefined procedures and acceptance criteria. Profile Backend development experience with a typed language such as Java (Spring Boot), TypeScript. Knowledge of modern front-end frameworks (React or Angular). Familiarity with API design, microservices, and message-driven architectures (SQS, ActiveMQ, RabbitMQ). Experience working with databases (SQL & NoSQL, e.g., MariaDB, MongoDB). Understanding of cloud computing (AWS, Azure) and containerization (Docker). Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and DevOps methodologies. Comfortable working in an Agile environment. Mindset & Soft Skills Passionate about technology and software development. Eager to learn and adapt to new technologies and industry trends. Analytical thinker with problem-solving skills. Team player with the ability to collaborate across departments. Committed to writing clean, maintainable, and well-documented code. Fluent in French and English (Dutch is a plus).
