We are partnering with a global leader in in-vitro diagnostics seeking a (French-Speaking) Key Account Manager to drive regional growth across Wallonia, Brussels and Luxembourg. This field-based role offers the opportunity to shape commercial success across clinical laboratory, POC and immunohematology portfolios within a fast-evolving diagnostics landscape.Key Responsibilities:Commercial GrowthLead business expansion across core lab and POC product linesIdentify, target, and convert new customer opportunitiesManage tenders and contracts, ensuring competitive positioning and profitabilityCustomer & Market EngagementBuild strong relationships with hospital and private laboratory stakeholdersAct as a trusted partner for laboratory decision-makers and purchasing teamsDeliver customer excellence across every interaction and touchpointStrategic ExecutionDevelop and implement area strategies aligned with broader business goalsCollaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Field Engineering, and Customer Care teamsMonitor market trends and competitor activity to inform strategic planningIdeal CandidateDegree in life sciences, healthcare, or related discipline (biology, pharmacy, chemistry, diagnostics)Proven track record in account management or sales within diagnostics or medical technologyStrong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skillsExperience managing complex tender processesFluent in French with strong English; Dutch a plusMotivated, adaptable, and resilient with a results-driven mindsetWillingness to travel across the assigned territoryIf you thrive in a dynamic, customer-focused environment and want to contribute to a company redefining diagnostics, we'd like to hear from you.
