Job Description:

For our region Antwerp and Brussels, we are looking for a Sales Representative who understands the essence of field sales. You will be the connector between our brand and pet specialty stores, inspiring and supporting them to grow alongside us.
WHAT WILL BE YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Strengthen Our Brand: Build strong relationships with pet specialty stores, positioning yourself as a knowledgeable and trusted partner.
- Drive Growth: Implement the Royal Canin strategy locally and identify opportunities for growth in a dynamic retail landscape.
- Create Perfect Stores: Focus on self-merchandising, in-store training, and brand activation to elevate store performance.
- Navigate Online Challenges: Advise and support stores in navigating the competition between online and in-store sales.
- Collaborate and Report: Work proactively with internal departments such as Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Logistics to ensure alignment and success.
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR
We are seeking a driven professional with:
- Passion for Pets: Knowledge of and/or strong affinity for pet nutrition, making you a credible partner for the stores you visit.
- Bachelor's degree in Sales or Marketing.
- Language Skills: Fluency in Dutch and French is essential, with English as a plus.
- Field Sales Experience: At least initial experience in a commercial field sales role, preferably within FMCG.
- Entrepreneurial Spirit: A proactive and structured approach with a willingness to go the extra mile.
- Excellent Communication Skills: A collaborative mindset with a talent for building strong, lasting partnerships.
