Benieuwd hoe KBC inzicht krijgt in de risico's van haar verzekeringsactiviteiten? En hoe we die risico's identificeren, kwantificeren en beheren? In deze stage kom je dat te weten. Grijp deze unieke opportuniteit en versterk het risk management team van KBC Group Risk Insurance. Een zeer gemotiveerd team staat klaar om je te verwelkomen en te helpen groeien.Je werkt nauw samen met verschillende afdelingen uit verschillende landen, zoals Local Risk, Risk Modelling, Finance en Asset & Liability Management. Zo verbeter je vast je communicatieve skills, want je wordt uitgedaagd om bevindingen en trends helder over te brengen - ook aan het senior management. Functieomschrijving Tijdens deze stage:werk je in een internationale context en krijg je een breed beeld van alle KBC-entiteiten die verzekeringen aanbieden;leer je hoe we de risico's binnen KBC Insurance Group en haar dochterondernemingen identificeren en kwantificeren;ontdek je met welke software we werken voor commercial risk measurement en hoe we die inzetten voor berekeningen en rapporteringen in het kader van Solvency-II;scherp je je analytische skills verder aan. Je leert hoe we relevante informatie verzamelen en verifiëren. Denk aan informatie die je nodig hebt om zicht te krijgen ophoeveel kapitaal we nodig hebben en om aan het senior management te rapporteren.rapporteer je over de risico's die je identificeert en over welke maatregelen nodig zijn om die risico's te mitigeren. Profiel Je bent momenteel masterstudent Actuariële Wetenschappen.Je communiceert sterk in het Engels.Net zoals je collega's vind je het fijn om samen te werken over de landsgrenzen heen en initiatief te nemen. Je organiseert je eigen werk efficiënt. Dankzij een goede organisatie en structuur lukt het je prima om doelen en deadlines te halen.Analyseren is wat je het liefst en het best doet. Uit een grote hoeveelheid informatie haal je snel de essentie, die je ook helder weet te verwoorden.Je kijkt ernaar uit om veel bij te leren en met anderen te delen wat je leert.
