Experience: Experienced Contract: Permanent contract Location: Aalst or Mechelen, Belgium About the role As a Supply Chain Strategy & Transformation Consultant, you will play a key role in large‑scale supply chain planning and transformation programs for global clients. You will work on strategy and change initiatives, operate close to senior stakeholders, and help steer complex transformation programs and key decisions. In this role, you will: Take ownership of a workstream within end‑to‑end supply chain planning transformation projects, from analysis to execution. Drive strategy and change initiatives as part of ongoing client programs in alignment with senior customer stakeholders. Structure complex topics and translate strategy into clear, actionable plans. Prepare and deliver clear and impactful presentations to senior and leadership‑level stakeholders. Support clients in understanding the “why” behind organizational and planning changes. Coordinate and align stakeholders across business, planning, and transformation teams. Act from a project management / PMO perspective, supporting governance, planning, and decision‑making. Work closely with project leads and subject‑matter experts, focusing on coordination and strategic alignment rather than deep technical delivery. Contribute to internal initiatives and actively support knowledge sharing within the PLAN squad. About you You have 3–4 years of experience in strategy or supply chain consulting, or in transformation‑focused roles. You bring a solid understanding of supply chain and planning concepts at a business and strategic level, and are eager to deepen your expertise. You are comfortable owning workstreams end‑to‑end. You have solid project management skills and can structure complex topics in a clear and pragmatic way. You communicate confidently with senior and leadership‑level stakeholders, and enjoy acting as a trusted advisor. You are a fast learner looking for accelerated growth and increased responsibility. You are fluent in English.
