Met je expertise in (GMP) Quality ben je geknipt voor de uitdagende rol als Senior Quality Consultant. Ontdek er hier meer over. Functieomschrijving: Een project is bij jou steeds in veilige handen dankzij jouw expertise in de kwaliteitsaspecten binnen de farmaceutische industrie. Je volgt de planning op, bewaakt het budget en begeleidt je team zowel technisch als organisatorisch. Je neemt junior project engineers onder je hoede en begeleidt hen gedurende het hele traject. Vanaf de opstart van het project tot en met de oplevering leer je hen de kneepjes van het vak. Je volgt de internationale wetgeving, richtlijnen en evoluties binnen de sector op de voet en je houdt je collega's hiervan op de hoogte. Je zet je expertise en uitgebreid netwerk in bij het binnenhalen van nieuwe klanten en projecten. Je behoudt steeds het overzicht over de verschillende projecten waar jij de owner van bent. Profiel: Door je expertise in (GMP) Quality ben je geknipt voor de job. Je haalt voldoening uit het begeleiden en coachen van junior projectmedewerkers en deelt graag je expertise met hen. Je bent dan ook een geboren communicator. Je reageert proactief, herkent risico's en lost ze op voor ze een gevaar vormen. Je hebt een diploma van een hogere opleiding. Moeilijke opdrachten zie je als uitdagingen en leermomenten. Je taken zijn pas afgerond als de laatste punt en komma juist staan. Je spreekt Nederlands en Engels, andere talen zijn mooi meegenomen.
